Once I realized that, I knew I’d found my career. I gained experience in both sales and service with Viking Cruises, where I built my team management skills along with our customer portfolio. However, it was when I combined those sales and service skills into a customer success job that I truly began to shine. Within 14 months at GiddyUp, I expanded my client base from 15 accounts to 42. I continued to prove myself by delivering 139% and 218% YoY revenue growth, and I onboarded and sustained GiddyUp’s two largest accounts. By early 2024, my accounts represented 60% of the company’s business.
