- Responsibility：• Headship on the automatic controls team • Handling/Reviewing automatic electronic control projects on Electrical Safety / Functional Safety.• Conduct Hazard and Risk Assessment and identify the safety functions in a specific application• Provide gap analysis between design and requirements during manufacturer design stage• Provide embedded software pre-assessment during manufacturer design stage• Hold IEC/EN/UL 60730 on-site training/public seminar for inside/outside customer.• Provide Guidance to comply with industry-specific functional safety standards• Advice tailored to construction and testing requirements• Conduct Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Introduction Testing on both Hardware/Software• Documentation review (development, verification, management, and user documentation)• Conduct lab assessment and witness testing according to ISO17025 requirement• Project management and coordination between engineers/product types/office locations• Support sales/marketing for technical issues• Perform other duties assigned by department manager.
