I led a100+ program team responsible for the system integration of Barclays Bank and CIBC. This included; automated mainframe application software conversion, merging all e-banking channels, VSAT to frame relay conversion, Data centre consolidations (5 to 2) and complete W2K desktop (3500) deployment across the region. $US 45 million budget

Responsible for the development/implementation of a new financial application supporting the various investment funds for the Canada Pensions Business Unit.Prepared all the schedules and managed the team of seven Business Analysts and programmers who saw the project through from the initial design to implementation. Followed the Bates project methodology to implement this mainframe (IBM 370) based system.
