Responsible for leading a team of 28 full and part-time workers in page production, image retouch and assembly work for a large retail chain which produced over 2,500 pages of advertising inserts per year. This was a $4M/yr account. Conduit between RR Donnelley, the creative group, and the client and was instrumental in establishing SOP's and workflows. As the retail business fluctuated, so did page counts and I was in charge of forecasting these changes and adjusting my workforce to accommodate them. Using quality metrics, I was able to consistently grade high in quality. Worked directly with Creative Managers, Project Managers, Art Directors, Photo Studio Manager and Executive Management to ensure the timely and professional delivery of all deliverables and customer merchandise. Oversaw development and implementation of relevant technologies.
