Coordinate data management and interpretation for technical support on Pipeline Safety Direct Assessment projects. Responsible for final reviews on Pre-Assessments and field survey/inspections to address direct examination severity classifications. Perform pipeline gas flow modeling to support internal corrosion program and assessments. Responsible for pipeline gas flow modeling and submits annual recommendations for Internal Corrosion Monitoring Device (ICMD) and Online Moisture Analyzers (OMA) locations for Pipeline Safety projects. Prepare and assist with final reviews for formal written technical reports to address ECDA, DG-ICDA, SCCDA, CC-ECDA and CDA, and CIS reports. Evaluate CP criteria for determining cathodic protection needs and make recommendation to the Corrosion Manager for improvements. Coordinate with Corrosion Managers for cathodic protection recommendations requiring remedial actions, issue Company work orders and monitors status of completion for Close Interval Survey projects. Perform training and data management for both professional and field personnel in operation of pipeline integrity computer programs. Responsible for administrating Operator Qualification requirements for Direct Assessment and Direct Examination field personnel. Must be capable to act as interim manager in the absence of the Direct Examination Manager. Able to assist in representing the Pipeline Safety group in regulatory. Assist with developing and maintaining pipeline integrity programs. Provide technical expertise and problem solving in areas such as Corrosion, DOT Compliance and Pipeline Integrity procedures and processes.
