Job Description:- Responsible for new mold development. Responsible for mold modification as per product modification. All manufacturing activity of mould up to trial run. Vendor Development MDS Preparation & Customer update Review of Feasibility reports, Mold flow reports & Mould design. Studying design of assembles provided by design department and develop as per requirement. Design study and manufacturing of plastics injection molds. To validate & analyze the design of the molds & provide necessary improvement for Feeding/Cooling system. Follow mold trials, troubleshooting at mold trials. Providing engineering support to manufacturing for improve quality and safety.  Planning of m/c like EDM, W/cut, VMC machine and all types of conventional machines. Plan for effective machine utilization and study of manufacturing process. To carry out the mold improvement activities pertaining to cost saving/Quality improvement. In-House Machine Planning. BOM Receiving &Tracking , 2D Drawing Receive & Verify Implementation of tools correction as per QA. Report. Development & implementation of Kazan's for full proofing & process improvement. Job card loading, daily mould manufacturing report, man power utilization, assembly of mould.  Raw material Receive & Verify. Maintaining 5 S at tool Room

 2D & 3D Tools Designing & Drafting using UG-NX-7.5 BOM generation for all tool design. 2D, 3D data and BOM Issue to Planning department for manufacturing process. Documentation controlling of Tool-Design.  Focus on Training and implementation of 5S, KAIZEN.
