Lead - It Technical Support
Current- Technical supervision and guidance of the IT Team and lead the day to day coordination of the team activities that support an 18x7 work shift.
- Focus on customer service excellence and assist team members meet customer expectation
- Provide leadership in customer service and customer communication on behalf of the IT Team
- Ensure that all requests from customers for assistance are handled promptly and effectively, and if necessary escalated to the appropriate level.
- Develop, maintain and adhere to IT policies and processes
- Coordinate shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained
