Current• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and provide superior customer service to Members using the Costco Auto Program.• Manage twenty-five to thirty-five outbound calls to Members and dealers each day.• Identify, adapt to, and resolve any issues that may arise during the vehicle acquisition process.• Investigate and collect the details of Members’ concerns in order to produce a positive resolution.• Display exceptional prioritization of tasks, effective planning, and the ability to remain calm while managing stressful phone calls. • Notate and record conversations, personal documents, and any pertinent information relating to the Members’ concerns with strict confidence and professionalism.• Review contracts, invoices, deal screens, and purchase agreements in a meticulous manner when conducting Price Verifications for Members.• Manage workload independently and efficiently.
