Member Advocate
Current- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and provide superior customer service to Members using the Costco Auto Program.
- Manage twenty-five to thirty-five outbound calls to Members and dealers each day.
- Identify, adapt to, and resolve any issues that may arise during the vehicle acquisition process.
- Investigate and collect the details of Members’ concerns in order to produce a positive resolution.
- Display exceptional prioritization of tasks, effective planning, and the ability to remain calm while managing stressful phone calls.
- Notate and record conversations, personal documents, and any pertinent information relating to the Members’ concerns with strict confidence and professionalism.
