Provide leadership and guidance to all field / shop employees regarding Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management while performing duties associated with the supervision and reporting of field HSE issues on oil & gas job sites.Identify and report daily safety and environmental issues, activities and compliances.Deliver PEC Premier, WVU OSHA Oil and Gas Awareness, JLG Certified Operator training to employeesDeliver First Aid & CPR training to all employeesCoordinate and deliver HSE awareness and job specific training and ensure that site managers maintain required HSE programs.Assist with the incident investigation process by providing coaching and training to Tool Pushers, Drilling Superintendents, crew and others as required

Maintain and Update Service Records- Giving Damage Control training and participating in weekly damage control drills- Track and update pay scale and resolve any pay issues- Responsible for completion and submission of Daily Muster Report to Commanding Officer / Implementation of safety systems and training- Responsible for standing different security watches throughout the ship.
