Associate Account Manager
Current- Run office registration calls; both for scheduled and hot (immediate) registrations for our mid tier specialties; Approximation of 3-5 per day- Manage office status, data integrity, and documentation in Salesforce and Outreach- Support customer success in on-boarding and launching new offices- Respond, and close out, churn concern tasks as they arise in the queue within our defined response SLA - Import rep calendars and business cards to newly built RxVantage office accounts- Follow up post-launch for the first 30 days to ensure product usability and long term success- Expand upon or launch new locations as the opportunity arises when you speak with customers - Present our Events Feature to both new and existing customers and activate the feature through their account settings for those who are interested - Work on special projects assigned by management
