Operation Manager/Site Test Conductor
CurrentManage schedule assessments, impacts, and risks to operations activities in relation to flight systems checkout, integrated testing, systems verification and validation, while minimizing impacts to schedules. Serve as technical contact for planning, development, integration of scheduled tasks and provide oversight to promote safe ground operations processing. Coordinates and integrates the technical aspect of work assignments for personnel in the Orbiter Processing Facility. Reviews specifications, technical documentation, and changes to those documents for impacts to system safety. Interface effectively with engineering, internal and external customers, vendors & manufacturing functions to communicate project requirements. Identify improvements to procedures, and supervise the work of others. React flexibly to changes in priority and direction, assume increased responsibilities as needed, and motivate other to achieve objectives. Resolve conflicts while maintaining positive internal/external relationships.
