As a manager at Sun Diego Boardshop, their are a variety of things that I do on a daily basis. The most important area that I have to manage is the sales associates. I make sure all sales associates are productively working but at the same time teaching them how to be the best most efficient worker. I am also responsible for customer management, and make sure all customers in the store are being helped. I pride myself in how well I am able to communicate to customers and offer superior customer service. Finally, I make sure that the store is achieving our sales goal on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis through tracking and logging sales on excel spreadsheets.
