Led a newsroom through the competition of a well-publicized attack by a competing newspaper to the awarding of the Best Newspaper in Canada. Worked with new reporters and interns, assisting with the transition from school to the newsroom. Worked on a company-wide implementation of a new Editorial and Advertising computer system, and website as a testing and support person.
