The Area Manager is a Senior Multi-Store Manager role. Area Managers provide leadership & support to the assigned stores to maximize sales performance, accelerate employee development, and ensure stores are in compliance with company initiatives, including asset protection. The Area Manager oversees select locations in addition to their primary store. Success is measured through improved store, area, and market KPI’s.
