Coordinated reservations, contracts and services for group rental events. Also supervised the reception and housekeeping departments; distributed information to applicable service departments; and managed the database software. Cedar Lake Ministries is a year-round camp and conference center with an overnight capacity of 320. In 2008 we hosted 168 group rentals, with over 9100 attendees.

Worked with the Pastors of the Singles and Small Group ministries. Coordinated volunteers for various activities (e.g. concerts and retreats); trained small group discussion leaders and revised the group leader training manual. Elmbrook Church is a large non-denominational church in located in the Milwaukee suburbs.

Facilitated rental group events; duties included: booking groups; communicating with groups prior to arrival; providing advance information about groups to the service departments; setting up meeting rooms; mediating conflicts between groups and service departments; billing groups and supervising part-time assistants. Timber-lee is a year-round camp with an overnight capacity of 310. On a peak weekend, we coordinated 17 different group events, totaling 600 attendees.
