Hi there! My name is Daniel Ramey.Young professional with an interest in human centered design and development, and creating positive user experiences through my work. I enjoy any and all things design and bringing fun ideas to life. I especially relish the challenge of working on areas to find new ways to improve a process or situation.As a marketing assistant I spend a lot of my time designing digital and print graphics to inform and engage the public about upcoming library events. I help manage the library website including an online calendar system, and contribute to the creation of a monthly library newsletter. I have been involved in a number of projects including: designing a display for educating patrons on library returns, developing an improved way to handle lost and found items, and creating a new cover for the library newsletter. I am organized, collaborative, enjoy understanding the details, and have a desire to contribute to a team environment.When I'm not working you can usually find me reading a fun story (helps when you work at a library), playing too many video games (I'm looking at you Dark Souls), or trying to coerce my friends and family to play more board games.
