The Xerox order to install department is the responsible of ensuring that all orders are moving quickly and accurately through each stage from the initial submission to install completion and final closure allowing invoice generation to the corporation. The order to install manager is responsible of guiding the order to install team to ensure operational order and install process is being followed in order to maximize sales revenue. Some other responsibilities include: *People managment* Process tracking and policy compliance management* Production and corporate reporting creation and revision* Employee Engagement activities - Complete/lead all HR activities for teams including hiring, retention, succession planning, training/development (PDP), performance management (PGP), coaching/counseling, team building, & reward/recognition practices* Performance improvement action plan's development * Second level escalation resolution & follow up* Lead conferences to resolve issues with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and functional leaders within the corporation.* Setup, maintenance, quality inspection and publication of the team’s standard operating procedures* Collaborate with Region controllers to manage installable revenue, big hits and government accounts* Attendance, absences, tardiness controls and vacations* Disciplinary and motivational actions * HR related processes* Monthly & Quarterly incentive bonus metrics
