Our core infrastructure runs on AWS and our approach is serverless and highly scalable where possible, while integrating with many third party services throughout the journey from manufacturing to the customer.At Jumpflex I've implemented visibility of key operational metrics with Grafana dashboards, regular web testing with Playwright and added lightweight agile processes to help us focus on the most valuable work. At FaceMe I worked on all aspects of our cloud based video communication platform. Using WebRTC and other real time streaming protocols, it brought together participants from any device into high quality, continent spanning meetings.When we pivoted to creating digital humans, we had some big challenges to overcome. Developed new products in the video conferencing recording and streaming, and online learning spaces. Prototyped new video recording technologies, then took the code to production quality for productisation.

Developed multimedia CDs and online tutorials for use in university courses. Developed for the ClassForum online learning system in conjunction with lecturers and learning designers.
