CurrentResponsible for strategic planning and management of Infor Expense Management (XM) product global consulting practice for activities like improving the profitability and customer satisfaction. Manages, inspires and mentors cross-functional onshore and offshore resources, driving them towards delivering high-quality deployments. Provides business development support, supports the Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, collaborates extensively with internal cross-functional teams towards the development of market demanding solutions and features.• Promoted through various roles as a result of demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact outcomes.• Manages global services team (spread across various countries) delivering solutions to customers and partners. This team is also responsible for solution conceptualization, developing required customizations and integrations, implementation of complex features, and migrating customer’s deployments (and to Cloud). • Bring an understanding of the competitive landscape, opportunities and potential solutions with business impact, along with the voice of the customer to the product line. • Lead new solution offerings development, if required identifying partners, evaluating those, writing process blueprints and walkthroughs & collaborate with developers and architects for solution development.• Actively seek avenues for additional revenue generation opportunities. Providing support during RFI, RFQ, and RFP stages. Involved in various deals worth over a million dollars. Assists regarding quotes, estimates, and proposals. • Contribute to GTM activities with sales, partners, product management and marketing teams through webinars, user groups/forums & conferences, presenting sessions, white papers, demos application new features and concepts.
