Divya leads Human Resources for InsuranceDekho and she spearheads the people and talent agenda to support business growth and enable ID in its transformational journey. Prior to ID , Divya was a part of the HR leadership team at Innovaccer inc. and OYO where she led the people charter to support high growth businesses in India and SEA.Prior to OYO, Divya was leading Talent management , Total Rewards and HR strategy for Volvo- Eicher commercial vehicles ltd. across India. She also was the HR head for Sales and Marketing , International business , Finance and IT for VECV.As a part of the India leadership team ,her focus was to build a future ready organization through workforce analytics, succession planning, key talent identification & development, performance management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, policy development and HR digitization. She and her team enabled VECV to bag HR Excellence Award for 2018 by Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and Best Talent Management Strategy Award for 2017 & 2018 by World HRD Congress. Prior to VECV, Divya was leading Talent Management for VLCC in India as well as 11 countries it operated in across wellness business , FMCG business and skill development business. She was primarily responsible for crafting the talent management strategy to cater to multi geographical requirements in line with the transformation agenda. Prior to VLCC , Divya was leading OD and Talent Management for Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. where she was a part of the team that scaled up the company from 5000 employees to 28000+ through building a culture that fostered superlative performance , talent development , innovation and growth for employees. She was instrumental in getting JFL featured in Top 10 great places to work in retail year on year by Great Places to Work for Institute and in Hewitt best employer’s survey twice in a row.Divya begun her career with Mahindra & Mahindra in the automotive sector where she had exposure to multiple roles across corporate and factory HR. Her experience includes driving change, managing a diverse workforce, leadership development, employer brand communication, organization effectiveness and executive compensation. She is a trained facilitator on leadership programs with over 100,000 manhours of experience. She is also a certified executive coach with over 200 hours of experience.
