Knowledge Architect
CurrentServe as technical liaison for Knowledge Management when working with cross-functional teams (primarily Engineering, Data Science, and Linguistics) to develop practical applications of advanced technology; navigate the ambiguities of documenting, developing, and delivering early stage products, services, and features. Apply Knowledge Management best practices to the development of standards and governance policies for document organization, structure, storage, use, and reuse. Distill the complexities of Knowledge Management for an unfamiliar team and coach on basic methods and approaches. Stay current with developments in the field and provide management with guidance based on a full spectrum analysis of the technology ecosystem and business environment.• Lead technical onboarding of Glean through collaboration with Glean and Comcast engineering, Effectv Knowledge Management, and corporate legal teams; serve as technology liaison for KM• Develop standards for technical writing, document semantic structures, and article templates; provide initial governance policies for storage, access, and lifecycle• Own Glean UI/UX; roadmap the journey to an AI powered knowledge ecosystem; monitor metrics, user, and information behaviors to inform development; document feature offerings• Implement best practices of Search and Assistant technologies; develop forward looking roadmaps and product projections based on actual use cases• Architect the KM process; introduce content audits, taxonomies, and metadata schemas; provide recommendations on system, tool, and repository integrations; content storage, and governance
