Designed the initial operating model and developed the strategic road maps for core enterprise tools required to support and accelerate BBOXX through the rapid growth stage post Series A investment.

Responsible for operationally leading LightWorks Innovation hub, focused on delivering Rolls-Royce's first iPad apps for customer use, developing new business models and bringing them to market and fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Supported build test preparation of new 1MW tidal Device, introducing processes for recording and resolving issues during build and test in addition to other (e.g. CAD) engineering activities.

Delivered a SAAS prototype for Engine Health Monitoring which was spun out into a standalone department
