I investigate suspicious activity and will make necessary adjustments if need be. Endpoint Detection and Response – Create polices for FortiEDR and view alerts. Email Safety – Utilize Microsoft Safe Links and Safe Attachments. Use strict email policy. Network Infrastructure:Maintaining Network Uptime – Make sure all equipment is always up and functional. Use software that graphically pings hardware and alerts me when hardware is unreachable. Utilizes generators, battery backups, redundant ISPs and HA FirewallsCisco Switches – Update iOS, disable telnet, enable ssh, set up VLANs, create initial switch configurations, create trunk and access ports and other intermediate Cisco skills. Have knowledge of CiscoPrime Servers:Installation –Installing new servers (physical/virtual), implement RAID, install various hardware such as RAM, second processor, fans, cache battery and NICs. VoIP:Phone Setup – Utilize Mitel’s Micollab server to add new phones, set up voicemail, change hold music and helped setup a menu feature. Creating Image: Windows Deployment Server – Deployed WDS to capture and pull images. Enabled PXE boot, created unattend files and create images. Sysprep – Create an image and utilize sysprep to clean the image up to be ready to capture. Maintain Scripts:Knowledge in Python, CPP, Java, Javascript, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, PHP, ASP, Powershell, Batch Files.
