Producing Management Account packs• Producing quarterly VAT Returns• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget & financial forecasts and report variances.• Cost Manager Reconciliation for all departments: Review and monitor costs and drive initiatives to meet and align the financial goals of business• Managing the ticket finance function, reconciling with ticket team and providing updates and forecasts to wider team. • Acting as contact point for auditors, tax bodies and any other regulatory organisations • Ownership of the transactional finance processing function, covering accounts payable & receivable, payment runs and bank reconciliations. Also includes managing business process improvements• Reviewing and processing expense claims • Determining Employment Status in respect of IR35. Using HMRC guidelines for the Film & TV industry to determine status and process payments accordingly• Managing the payroll function, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and tax obligations• Working with Event Manager and COO to assess our various insurance policy options from financial and cover perspective.Launched in 1977, the BRIT Awards with Mastercard are the annual showcase for the UK music industry. This is done through the celebration of the 12 ‘Albums of the Year’, recognising artistic achievement across a range of contemporary music genres.It is the music equivalent to the Booker Prize for literature and the Turner Prize for art.The main objectives of the Prize are to recognise and celebrate artistic achievement, provide a snapshot of the year in music and to help introduce new albums from a range of music genres to a wider audience.

Along with co-founder Yoann Desmoyers-Davis we set up production company Phoenix Films as a vehicle through which to drive our creative vision. This includes checking the expenses reports, observing VAT rules and managing cash advances ensuring that all money is accounted for and returned across all productions. Reconciling petty cash log.• Management of Cash Passports. • Responsible for all credit cards. Includes checking all statements and receipts for errors and entering on to SAGE.Management Accounts• Assisting Head of Finance in preparing end of month accounts.• Preparing Cashflows.General Responsibilities• Preparing Artist/7 Day Rule information for payroll• Banking cheques and cash• Filing/labeling and general organization of office• Archiving old content and maintaining our storage facility.• Answering phones
