I worked directly with clients and colleagues on various professional services projects as both a project lead and as a key contributor, supporting DocuSign CLM and eSignature applications. I did week-long sprint cycles that included discovery, build, testing, and demos. I learned a lot about every facet of Contract Lifecycle Management, from document generation through reporting and repository management.

I worked with high-value accounts to strategize, plan, and execute new initiatives including Enterprise-level implementations, account audits and optimizations, account re-builds and migrations, reporting at all levels, as well as smaller day-to-day tasks. I also helped mentor my new teammates as part of the onboarding process, write public-facing documentation, and help provide VOC as a liaison between my customers and our Product team. I have successfully completed hundreds of projects of every shape and size, both in-person and remotely.

As an Implementation Specialist at Shoutlet, I was the primary training and support contact for new clients. My role required great interpersonal, writing, public speaking, project management, and teaching skills. I configured new accounts, and trained large and small marketing teams in our software both on-site and through the web. I worked hard to resolve any customer issues by providing inventive solutions. In addition to customer support, I helped with new hire training, internal ongoing training, wrote blog entries, generated content for several social channels, wrote support documentation, and created marketing materials.

My role at Apple was to help everyone. I led Apple product training sessions to both individuals and groups on a daily basis, on topics including but not limited to photography, videography, music, database organization, productivity software, and web-based software. I also led an internal training initiative within the store to mentor my peers and track their progress.In addition to training, I offered product support through the Genius Bar, and would frequently help my coworkers with difficult and unique problems.
