Reporting to the Controller, collect Quarterly sales data from vendors and wholesalers, format and load reports into the Oracle system. Verify rebate and coop programs in Oracle against vendor agreements. Monitor timely collection of vendor funds per vendor agreements. Work with vendors, Controller and Director of Merchandising to resolve any discrepancies between funds received and vendor agreements.
