CurrentDirect work of multiple teams, including employees and contractors/3rd party vendors in the low voltage cabling, and electrical arenas. responsible for successful completion of several small to mid-size projects and significant repairs across various locations, ensuring projects are following the scope and quality as established by the contract, quality control, and auditing.Oversaw the full life cycle of projects, including interpreting blueprints, diagnosing and resolving problems, procuring materials, developing schedule and budgets, monitoring progress, and managing inspections.Maintain safety on work site by coordinating weekly safety meetings with workers, effectively managing the Infection Control and Safety Program (PCA) and implementing above ceiling safety measures for all low voltage cabling communication installations in respect to wall, floor and pathway penetrations.Utilize expertise in the field to make recommendations for changes to project scope based on applicable codes, standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices.Partner with department leads, facility managers, and senior level administrators in determining the best time to compete expansive work without disrupting business operations.Efficiently perform quality control checks on all completed work above and below the ceiling, fire/smoke, and non-related wall penetrations, escalating any reported deficiencies.
