Fleet Service Agent: Receive and dispatch aircrafts. Load, unload, and count baggage on aircrafts. Assist aircraft pilot by use of proper hand signals and illuminated wands and guide them to parking places. After aircraft has stopped, place chocks on all appropriate tires. Remove chocks from tires of departing aircraft. If "the counter" I must enter all count numbers into the computer so aircraft can take-off by the time it reaches the runway (FAA requirement). Make sure all "claim at gate" items (i.e.; strollers, wheelchairs) that are in the cargo bins make it up to the passengers on the jet way for use. Make sure when loading the aircraft is in proper weight and balance limits according to load plans.
