Software Developer supporting the EMPRS program. .This task includes maintaining and enchancing a custom KOFAX program. Desktop winform application written in C#/WPF to scan documents and forms, extract digital information and store the images and data in a IBM content manager database using agile methodologies. .Developing and maintaining report capabilities for a variety of projects.Creating universes/business views, writing reports (webi and crystal), assigning users and groups permissions to BOXI/BOBI objects. Working with web developersusing Business Objects SDK (java and .NET) to integrate report capabilitieswith thier applications. .Wrote several SQL stored procedures in DB2 and Microsoft SQL to supportthe reporting tools/capabilities and various applications. ·Maintaining and enchancing Record Output Module (ROM) and DPRIS programs. These programs were written in IBM Rational Application Developer (version 7.0.0.6) using a DB2 backend. These applications were used to extract individual Naval personnel records from Content Manager onto a CD.

Software Engineer supporting the Industrial Prime Vendor (IPV) program. ·Designed and developed an OLAP application that allowed users to inspect data using OLAP cubes and multi-dimensional views. This was a 4-5 month MP&E effort that was used to demonstrate proof of concept. The data analyzed included forecasting data that was dynamically generated using a Naïve-Bayesian algorithm. This work was done using Oracle JDeveloper 9i OLAP and BI-beans (business intelligence-beans). The final product was presented to the business unit for review. ·Developed Oracle10g Forms and Java applications to support the Industrial Prime Vendor (IPV) contract using various software tools including Oracle JDeveloper 9i, Oracle Forms 10g, Oracle Reports 10g, PL/SQL scripts, PowerBuilder and Cold Fusion. ·Maintained the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) procurement system that supports Spotbuy procurements in the IPV contract. The SCS system consists of two Sybase SQL Anywhere databases, PowerBuilder application, and a Cold Fusion web server. ·Assisted in the requirements analysis, design and development of the Integrated Logistics Toolset (ILT) program. The ILT program is a project that combines various existing legacy systems into one integrated solution. Tasks in the ILT effort include incorporating SCOPTIMA Bin maintenance capabilities into the ILT framework, Establishing requirements, Designing and developing a procurement interface between ILT and ProcureNet systems using WebLogic 8.51.

MIS Manager for the Parts and Repair Ordering System (PROS). ·Managed a staff of 4 developers and 1 network support (IT) person. ·$1 Billion dollar contract over 5 years with more than 50 users. ·The system serviced over 127,000 supply orders, 30,000 repair requests. ·The system is an order processing/transaction processing system that is used to support purchasing of non-standard items for US Air Force Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer countries. The client system (PowerBuilder 6.51) includes a transaction processing module, purchasing module, warehouse/inventory module, and a reporting module. The system used a Sybase SQL Anywhere database. A web system was also created to solicit and receive quotes from vendors. The web system was developed using Cold Fusion 4.0 and a Sybase database. ·Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the client software and user interface code. ·Responsible for database maintenance and backups. ·Responsible for configuration control board (CCB) activities. This included defining CCB tasks, estimating task efforts in hours, assigning work to staff based on CCB priorities, and reporting progress to CCB board members on a weekly basis.

·Responsible for supporting the MPMS and FMS software project for the ASCIRAB. ·Responsible for the design, development. QA, configuration control, training, and maintenance of various PC-based financial software systems. These LAN capable systems use Government budgeting and accounting principles to track funding appropriations through obligation and payment. These systems had originally been developed in CA-Clipper under DOS. The programs were then modified to run CA-dBFast under Windows, and finally running in PowerSoft PowerBuilder 5.0 under Windows for Workgroups. The current programs were written using an object oriented design and a SQL Anywhere database engine.
