A Senior Fellow at the top-ranked global leadership development Center for Creative leadership, his contributions to the field have been recognized by the Harvard Institute of Coaching, the American Psychological Association, and other professional institutions. As the author and editor of numerous books, papers, and articles that have shaped the field of leadership coaching, he has spoken in more than 20 countries and worked with the leadership of some of the most influential companies in the world. He is known for his commitment to just and equitable workplaces and, as the curriculum director for the Carol Emmott Fellowship, has invested in advancing women in senior leadership in healthcare. Responsible for creating leadership development systems for major healthcare organizations, including the Massachusetts Healthcare Leadership College, the California Healthcare Leadership College, the Carol Emmott Fellowship, and UCLA Health System.
