Recruited to Misys as a part of the turn-around team to transform the regional services teams into a global delivery organization and to drive services growth. Responsible for Misys’s professional service business for both the Banking and Treasury/Capital Markets division

Led the North America consulting resource organization. In 1 year, standardized the organization on common business practices, drove down attrition through employee retention programs, executed a massive hiring program, while increasing service level to our sales organization and customers. Ensured successful integration of multiple Oracle acquisition targets through dedicated program efforts.

Recruited to Oracle to lead the integration of Peoplesoft and Oracle's North America services business into a common business model.Upon completion of the integration project, transitioned to running and stabilizing consulting operations for new Senior Vice President of North America consulting.

Transformed the North America services organization from a field support organization to a consulting organization.; included transformation to a profit center achieving 40% margin. Asked to lead the EMEA consulting organization while recruiting a local team leader. Created, deployed and managed a global consulting quality assurance program. The program focused on creating a quality-oriented culture within the organization starting from opportunity identification through project closure. As part of the Ariba’s senior management team, contributed to many other areas of the company including: Strategy (Sales, Services, Corporate, Product), M&A Activity and Cost Control.

Joined Oracle as an Associate consultant in 1989. Left Oracle in 1998 as a Senior Practice Director running Oracle’s technology consulting practice for the New Jersey region (150 consultants). P&L responsibilities for this areas including: Practice Revenue, Utilization, Business Development, Account Management, Hiring, Compensation and Expense control.
