I have held many roles within in IMAGINiT over my tenure from Support, Training, Application Expert, Solutions Consultant to Sr. Project Manager. My primary responsibilities as Sr. Project Manager and Solution Consultant includes pre-sales consulting, pre-project planning and definitions, Statement of Work and Proposal development, Automation design specification development, post-sales Project Management and fulfillment. I gained valuable experience working with, mentoring, and managing various individuals and teams on projects, working with customers, and interfacing with management to meet company goals.

Starting as a CAD technical support specialist and I quickly moved into managing the technical support department. I learned to manage a team of support technicians, work with our management team, but most importantly working with customers on a broad range of issues. then began my move from support to application expert, implementing software, servers, and networks.

Started as an engineering intern and was hired on full time after graduation. As an engineer working directly under the plant engineer, I was focused on mechanical machine design, facilities/plant layouts, and data management. I implemented the first CAD software within the company and network within the engineering and maintenance departments. I even create a "homegrown" data management solution.
