My career progression shows a trajectory from individual contributor/fulfillment roles to leadership and management roles. Early in my career, I gained experience in a wide range of technical and business development roles, including technical support, training, application development, solution implementation, and business development. This breadth of experience provided a strong foundation for my later success in more senior roles.I then progressed into more client-facing consulting roles, taking on the positions of Senior Solutions Consultant, Senior Project Manager, Technical Team Manager and to the current role of Enterprise Solutions Architect. In these roles, I leveraged my technical expertise and understanding of business needs to help clients implement transformative digital technology solutions through a consultative approach in understanding our customers’ business needs, goals and objectives, and requirements and by researching and proposing solutions and ultimately implementing new technologies to achieve our customers’ desired outcomes. This experience honed my leadership, consulting, management, and client communication skills.Currently, I hold a leadership position as an Enterprise Solutions Architect in our Industry Solutions Group. This role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to manage and lead our sales management teams, customers, technical experts, and project management. My career progress demonstrates a clear path of increasing responsibility and leadership, building on my earlier technical foundation and client-facing experience.
