Key to the success of this project has been working to balance competing priorities and establish consensus across three health organizations (HO). I have exercised strong leadership skills to support external contractors and HO staff to work collaboratively towards shared goals and overcome the challenges inherent projects of this nature. Working on innovative healthcare IT projects in a complex environment has required the ability to be adaptive, solution-oriented and strategic to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget and in scope without compromising quality. I manage a multi-million dollar budget and have negotiated large-scale contracts with external vendors securing the expertise required and ensuring value for the organization.
