Current• Manage Product Strategy & Life Cycle: Define the Product Life Cycle (PLC) strategy, overseeing phase-in and phase-out processes to maintain an optimal and profitable product portfolio. Develop strategies for Channel Specific Products to cater to diverse market segments.• Develop and Execute Go-To-Market Planning: Create and implement go-to-market plans, coordinating efforts between Research & Development, Sales, Demand Planning, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and market alignment.• Manage Product Portfolio: Assess product performance and make strategic decisions on the introduction of new products and the discontinuation of underperforming ones to optimize the product mix and achieve business goals.• Define Pricing & Promotional Strategy: Establish Retail Recommended Prices (RRP), develop pricing structures, and set promotional calendars to drive sales and profitability.• Coordinate Sales Forecasting & Demand Planning: Collaborate with Demand Planning to determine initial order quantities and compile sales forecasts to support business case development and risk assessment for new product launches.• Collaborate on Portfolio & Product Development: Work closely with Product Development, leveraging previous experience as a Private Label Manager to provide insights for creating and refining products that align with market demands.• Conduct Market Analysis & Identify Trends: Utilize tools like GfK and GSD to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior, identifying new opportunities and guiding product development.• Develop Business Cases: Create comprehensive business cases based on sales forecasts and market analysis, evaluating risks and benefits to support strategic decision-making for product investment and development.• Facilitate Cross-Departmental Coordination: Ensure alignment and communication between departments to execute product strategies and objectives cohesively across the organization.----
