Established a design company after leaving Opus Signs, utilising a network of contacts to assist local businesses in creating brand logos, websites, and signage. Worked as a freelance designer for Xeyet (now Excite Interiors), focusing on shop facias. Responsibilities included conducting site visits, producing artwork to scale, and detailing manufacturing specifications.Collaborated with Programme Master, a company based on Edgware Road, London, to support their in-house studio in designing *Optimum Magazine* for Everton FC and the *One Hotspur* newsletter for Tottenham Hotspur FC.

This was my first full-time graphic design role after graduating from university. I began as a junior assistant, creating artwork for business signage based on survey measurements, and soon progressed to developing cutting programs for vinyl and routing machines. As I grew within the company, I took on additional responsibilities, including managing stock levels, creating work orders, manufacturing signage, conducting site surveys, and assisting with installations during staff shortages.I also became heavily involved in designing the company website, handling marketing campaigns, mail shots, and overseeing Google Analytics. Unfortunately, the company was forced to close due to the recession, and I assisted in the liquidation process and the closure of the factory.
