Greetings to you all!My passion is all about people. This can take the form of assessing people, coaching people, developing people, delivering workshops to help people, and much more. I am a "wall to wall" leadership practitioner who brings a bespoke and engaging approach to the art and science of helping leaders become better leaders.Prior to studying International Business and Marketing at NYU Stern School of Business, I had traveled and lived abroad. I learned how different cultures operate, how human behavior shows up, how decisions differ from one place to another. Starting in Stockholm, Sweden and then eventually living in Paris, France for several years, I became even more interested in how people think, feel, and show up both at work and outside of work. These experiences crystalized in my experience at NYU and led to further exploration by attending the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, CA where I was introduced to Eastern Philosophy and incorporated a Buddhist point of view to my studies in human psychology. Ultimately, I was able to graduate with my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. The combination of global travel, a business degree, an advanced degree in psychology afforded me the opportunity to be introduced to work in corporate America which first started at Williams-Sonoma, Inc.'s corporate headquarters where I was working with a team of HR professionals. I then moved to NYC and found a role in a small boutique consulting firm and became certified as an Executive Coach. All roads continued to point to more with firms like Korn Ferry where I was a Principal Consultant and Executive Coach and most recently, the honor of joining Summit Leadership Partners as a Managing Consultant.During this journey, I was fortunate enough to meet my husband, get married, and grow our family by having a son. We have all since relocated from Manhattan to Laurel Canyon where we are no longer surrounded by sky scrapers and the sounds of sirens, but by palm trees and the sounds of hummingbirds. We've grown our family by adding two adorable Wheaten Terriers and life feels very full and peaceful these days.
