As an exercise physiologist and certified medical assistant at Merit Health Wesley, I provide cardiac rehabilitation services to patients with various cardiovascular conditions. I monitor their vital signs, prescribe exercise programs, and educate them on healthy lifestyle behaviors. I also assist with patient scheduling, physical exams, documentation, and equipment maintenance.I have a master's degree in sports management from Jackson State University and a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and exercise science from the University of Southern Mississippi. I have developed skills in event planning and patient care through my academic and professional experiences. I am passionate about improving the health and wellness of individuals and communities through exercise and sports.
