As Vice President of Information Security and CISO, Mr. Thatcher established regulatory compliance and risk management programs and worked across the organization to implement necessary controls; while also conducting forensic investigations, remediation, and system implementations. Mr. Thatcher designed a cyber defense program for Lockheed FCU based on the Lockheed Cyber Kill Chain, implementing tools and processes to identify and disrupt attacks at all levels.More recently, Mr. Thatcher uses his expertise to spearhead regulatory compliance projects related to Cloud Computing, PKI, HSM implementation and encryption key management in the financial services and payments industry.Mr. Thatcher’s aptitude for cyber security, business and technology fuels his passion for creating and implementing solutions. Creativity and practicality are his core drivers to effectively solve urgent technological challenges.
