KAZ Business Service is a leading domestic provider of outsourced business process solutions. The role involved establishing a National HR function following the acquisition of the business by KAZ. It also included presentations to Boards in bids to win work and to Regulators. Strong focus on Talent Acquistion including the CEO for KAZ Business Services.

Westpac/Agc Finance

Led the HR function for AGC NSW and driving change and transforming culture during this time. Introduction of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Operational Excellence.Led a virtual team across Westpac HR in Australia and NZ. Amalgamation of multi company collection centres into two centres; one in SA and one in NZ. Delivered saving to organization of $16m.

Sydney Partnership

HR Business Partner across whole service provision i.e Tax, Audit and Consulting. Introduced paid maternity leave and carers leave. Won affirmative action award. Supported partners with talent management, international mobility and HR operational needs.
