I began my professional journey in the U.S. Navy, where I served for nine years as a Rescue Swimmer/Combat Search and Rescue Crewman and a Water Survival Instructor. After my military service, I pursued a degree in Business Management at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.My sales career commenced at Gannett, where I excelled as an Inside Sales Representative, selling print/digital advertising and CareerBuilder.com solutions. Additionally, I took on the role of Quality Improvement Specialist, developing strategies and supporting the growth of other sales representatives.I then transitioned to the tech industry, working at Salesforce as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and Account Executive, specializing in Marketing Cloud. Subsequently, I joined Talkdesk as an Enterprise Account Executive, selling CCaaS, UCaaS, and CX solutions.Currently, I am excited to be a part of the Genesys team as the Beyond Education Services Engagement Director for North America.
