Having spent the majority of my professional career in Customer Success I have come to the understanding that I am still doing what I am passionate about. I have always told people that I am one of the fortunate few that have built a career not about making the most money but around diving in and being part of something that brings me personal joy and satisfaction. Spending the past 17+ years in various roles that all have one commonality of serving our clients while improving the company. Being able to partner not only with clients on how they leverage our solutions but being able to bring that back communicate it with amazing teams that help to deliver a solution that not only makes our clients successful but makes our company stronger as well. I have often described what I do as being a translator, bringing different groups around one table to find the best solutions. I am also focused on passions outside of work using the same skills in my volunteerism with LGBTQIA non-profits that focus on providing safe places for anyone to come and get support across the state of Washington. And I continue to strive to be an open minded advocate in all of my interactions. Strategic, solutions-oriented implementation analyst acts as the voice of the customer while navigating complex technology implementations and leading project teams within global environments.
