Howdy! My name is Dylan Hebert and as a young professional I am continually striving to grow in my career, relationships, and passions. I am devoted to attributes such as curiosity, collaboration, creativity, and ethical leadership to contribute to problem-solving in my career and life. As a student at Texas A&M, I was blessed to receive a top tier education in Civil Engineering to pave way for my contributions in the industry. Along the way I have grown fond of the ability to innovate and boost creativity in all my craft; as well as a keen interest to help create solutions for residential, transportation, and infrastructure development. Texas A&M has also gifted me with the understanding of the value of service, leadership, and relationships. My extracurricular passions outside of the classroom lead me to numerous leadership opportunities, but more importantly, an opportunity to impact lives around me. I was honored to serve as the President of the Century Cancer Fund (a registered 501c3 nonprofit) in 2023, raising $72,000 for Camp Kesem; a summer camp for kids whose parents have been affected by cancer. This opportunity also lead to me having the privilege of being the President of Century Men’s Society in 2024. The combination of these two highly impactful experiences has lent me numerous skills in managing people, creating budgets, making financial decisions for organizations containing over 100 members, and setting a culture of excellence, service, and empathy. Over the last year, I have been blessed to work for Quiddity Engineering and have committed to continuously enhancing my technical craft. The Land Development department introduced me designing large single family residential areas in the outer Houston area. This company, as well as myself, places a great emphasis on the importance of culture to foster quality work in our in our communication and product delivery for clients. It has been a phenomenal experience to work in the industry I love while learning and growing as a professional during this tenure.
