Worked with District Testing Coordinator to determine 2-3 Community Testing Events (CTEs) per weekthroughout the Crater Health District (Wednesdays,Friday).Coordinate logistics for all test sites – supplies, layout,communication with community partners.Provided updated lab forms to call center on Monday of each week.Creates and sends flyers with event details to Emergency Managers.Manages inventory of test kits, supplies, and PPE on daily basis.Retrieves test results from DCLS Connect portal 2-3 days following testing event, delegates to testing team.support staff to call and log negative test results in REDCap.Enters CTE data (number of people tested, number of positives) into Crater CTE/PPS SpreadsheetReconcile registration forms, kits etc. with assistance of testing team.Inputs data into inventory management google sheet.PPE request Fridays / collection Mondays.Leads scheduled CTEs (2-3 events per week).Reviews site plans, site design/layout, and staff resources.Ensures staff have adequate and proper supplies to complete assigned tasks.Communicates with staff to determine who will help pack supplies, who will meet on site, etc.Reports to test site 60 minutes prior to start time.Signs in and confirms staff check-in on the Staff sign-in sheet.Reviews patient flow design, traffic flow patterns, and chain of command with all on site staff.Completes necessary Just-In-Time Training for all staff.Establishes chain of command and performance expectations.Develops protocol and organizes the overall plan for the day: Start time, stop time, answer any last minute questions, enforce job-specific responsibilities.
