I remember vividly my middle school years when my teachers would tell my parents, "Eboni is such a smart student and she always finishes her work before other students. Once she is finished, she loves to talk, and I mean she talks." My dad would respond, "Well, I know your teacher isn't fabricating because you get that from me." From then on, my communication skills developed and prepared me for customer service roles. Who would have thought that my ability to communicate would help others feel comfortable with me guiding, training, and problem-solving?I have assisted in roles involving customer service interactions face-to-face, door-to-door, and over the phone. I have advanced to being comfortable working with all levels of customer service, including customer care. My experience and communication skills have enabled me to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional service across various platforms.Customer care has opened up a lot of opportunities to advance my knowledge in Benefits Administration, Human Resources, Client Implementation, Handling High Escalation, Team Leadership, and Trainings. My passion for fostering a customer-centric culture and continuously improving service delivery drives me to excel in every role I undertake.I am excited to continue leveraging my customer service background to help others achieve company goals and enhance employee morale.
