Ensures all activities associated with water production perform within the regulations established under the Safe Water Drinking Act and Clean Water Act. He has over thirty years practical engineering and operating experience with Indianapolis Water Company, White River Environmental Partnership, Veolia Water, and Citizens Water. Through the operation of water and wastewater utilities, he has significant experience with construction management, budgeting, compliance and safety, contract management, master planning, emergency management, regulatory and labor relations.

Various positions within Veolia Water from 2002 to transition with Citizens Energy Group in 2011. Responsibilities included director of water distribution responsible for maintenance and installation of network assets; manager of capital projects responsible for delivery of capital improvements associated with water distribution and plant facilities; director of water production - responsible for directing daily operation of water production dept and laboratory services. Assigned to New Orleans LA ( Sept 2005 to Aug 2006)- responsible for management of capital improvements associated with restoration of two wastewater treatment plants after damage from Hurricane Katrina and Rita. VP of Water Operations (2008-2011) responsible for daily contract operations of water assets - network and production and capital program associated for Indianapolis Water.
