CurrentOwn and manage the GTM process for adidas North America’s priority account fleet. Manage P&L for the Wholesale Marketplace Merchandising function with clear focus on driving net sales growth, expanding margins, and driving excellent sell through results for our Alliance Key Account (AKA) partners to hit seasonal and annual financial goals. Ensure clear inputs are collected from consumers, customers, and key stakeholders to inform global brand product creation efforts. Develop strategies and assortment plans that optimize our seasonal product range across the North America omni channel marketplace.Objectives and key results that I have delivered include:• Owned and managed a 2023 revenue chase process that generated $84M in incremental in-season net sales.• Launched a Premium Retail Experience pilot to reset 10 key partner doors resulting in a 24% lift in unit sales versus balance of chain with plans to expand to 92 doors by the end of FY23.• Implemented cost containment measures to optimize profitability and focus resources to maximize growth with our most critical account partners.
