Senior Account Supervisor
Current• Responsible for developing strategy roadmap to ensure that clients are meeting revenue and marketing goals, while also overseeing the day-to-day execution of the strategy.• Manage core client teams of 4-10 people along with additional specialists (data analysts, developers, designers, freelancers). Hold regular check-ins and stand-ups to align on progress for various projects and identify blockers that we need to resolve.• Use analytics to drive integrated-marketing campaigns, including large fundraising campaigns across email, website, and digital ads.• Hold large quarterly and biannual meetings for clients and senior leadership to show progress to KPIs, status of different projects, victories, and ideas for how to improve future performance.• Push my teams to try new and out of the box approaches to content and marketing strategy. Use data to understand what has worked in the past, what can be improved, and different ways we can approach the strategy to drive stronger results.
