Managing amenity spaces in a midtown Manhattan commercial office building. Primary focus is to improve the value and attractiveness of the property - while enhancing the lives of customers within the property. The role involves operations ownership; promoting proprietary app technology; event programming; and staff management, both permanent & auxiliary - those contracted to deliver service or otherwise engage or make connections within the community.

Responsible for management of client relationships, human resources and budgets for shopping center portfolio with a combined footprint of 12 million square feet (GLA) in NJ, CT, VT and NH.• Client Relationship Management: Constantly engaged with senior management team for each client property to ensure key operations metrics were being addressed and met. Maintained contractual obligations and coordinated around special projects and seasonal business adjustments.• Human Resources: Recruiting and training staff, including key manager positions, for fifteen (15) properties with total staff size of 270. Review of scheduling and payroll data. Issuing corrective action, including terminations, when necessary.• Budget Governance: Ensuring adherence to site budgets, identifying areas for budget efficiency, acting as approval point for any capital expenditures in region. Included labor and equipment oversight.• Corporate/Field Coordination: Acting as liaison between field operations and corporate office functions in difficult operations situations.• Business Development: engaging with prospects, conducting bid walks, collecting data and developing bid packages.
