CurrentPerform various accounting tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions, such as: o Reviewing and verifying invoices and check requests for proper approval.o Coding invoices.o Entering and uploading invoices into the system.o Setting up invoices for payment.o Preparing and performing check runs.o Posting transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.o Reconciling accounts payable transactions.o Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues.o Maintaining vendor files.o Corresponding with vendors and responding to inquiries.o Providing supporting documentation for audits.Ensure that all vendors are paid in accordance with applicable contract terms.Assist in monthly close activities and perform reconciliation duties as well as other financial responsibilities.
