Managed relationship and handled project management between Merative and vendor. Also performed the security compliance focal for product development within the Phytel Patient Engagement Solution.

Development financial software for Credit Unions providing loan, checking, savings, and automated services. - Lead the development of the inbound automated telephony banking application that allow credit union members to perform financial transactions over the phone. Solution was both On Prem as well as a SaaS offering. - Lead the development effort in adding speech recognition to the the IVR platform to support English and Spanish.- Developed lending tools for credit scores.- Built new front end to the credit union application that was used by tellers, loan officers, support to perform everyday support for their credit union members.
