Scott has over thirty years’ experience as a technician, professional engineer and manager in the fields of electronic communication, software engineering and ICT as an Army Officer and senior consultant. His experience comes from practical involvement in maintenance, design, implementation and management of operational and administrative defence weapon, communications and information systems and as a senior consultant with Crown Management, Integral Consulting and StratGrid. His consulting experience includes long terms contracts with Defence, DFAT, the Australian Research Council and the Department of Human Services.Scott has significant project management experience covering such aspects as capability planning, financial planning and budgeting, tender evaluation, contract negotiation and management, and resource management and planning.Scott’s experience covers all the major architectural disciplines, including enterprise, infrastructure, information, systems, solution and logical. He has a significant amount of experience in large, global ICT infrastructure deployments, collaboration implementations, business modelling, requirements gathering and logistic support analysis.
